What is Yoga?Yoga therapy can be described as the process of empowering
individuals toward improved health and well being through the
application of the teachings and practices of yoga. It includes the
aspects of body, breath, mind, intellect and emotion and their mutual
interaction. At Pilates Wellness Studio we believe that yoga classes and instruction have a
value as a therapeutic discipline. Our Yoga instructors apply the teachings of yoga in a
therapeutic context in order to support a consistent yoga practice that
will increase self-awareness and engage the clients energy in the
direction of a desired goal. Our Yoga instructors can teach Yoga for beginners as well as advanced athletes. All can find a deeper peace within and overall hidden

About Our Providers Tobie Hall (Owner) has been practicing massage therapy for 23 years and is a PHI certified Pilates instructor. She is certified through the Center for Women's Fitness for prenatal Pilates and is working towards her Master's Certification. Tobie is also a Yoga instructor with 200 RYT. Katie Rhodes-Fowler teaches Pilates Kara Nefouse is a Pilates instructor and teaches yoga with 200 RYT Shika Pollard teaches Pilates. Adi Abaiov teaches Pilates.
